Key Responsibilities 1 Design Concept Development Develop original innovative design concepts and space planning solutions based on client requirements and site conditions Create mood boards concept presentations and design proposals Prepare schematic layouts furniture layouts 2D working drawings and 3D visualizations Select appropriate materials finishes lighting and furniture according to project aesthetics and functionality 2 Technical Documentation Prepare detailed working drawings GFCs Good for Construction drawings BOQs and technical specifications Coordinate with structural MEP HVAC and other consultants to integrate services with interior design Ensure all drawings adhere to codes standards and project guidelines 3 Client Interaction Presentations Conduct client meetings to understand requirements present design ideas and incorporate feedback Provide design recommendations aligned with client vision brand identity and budget Assist in finalizing material palettes and on-site design decisions 4 Site Coordination Execution Support Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation quality and progress Resolve in office design-related queries and provide technical support to contractors and vendors Ensure the final execution aligns with approved design and standards 5 Project Management Collaboration Work closely with the project manager purchase team and site execution team for smooth project delivery Prepare project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule Coordinate with vendors fabricators and suppliers for material procurement and quality checks Job Type Full-time Pay 12 790 60 - 51 433 39 per month Work Location In person
