Project Role Application Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application Dedicated to quality using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge Must have skills Network Infrastructures Good to have skills Network Security Operations Minimum 3 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs troubleshooting issues and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support and maintain client satisfaction while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any challenges that arise Roles Responsibilities o Design implement and support enterprise network infrastructure including LAN WAN and data center environments o Configure manage and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching platforms with a focus on high availability and performance o Deploy and maintain Cisco Nexus 9000 series switches within data center networks o Administer and troubleshoot Cisco ASA firewalls FortiGate Firewalls and Firepower Threat Defense FTD appliances including policy configuration and advanced security features o Manage and optimize Meraki SD-WAN solutions o Provide Tier-2 support for complex issues in security routing and switching ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects upgrades and migrations o Assist with the basic configuration and troubleshooting of F5 load balancers and Cisco ISE Identity Services Engine o Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams configurations and standard operating procedures Professional Technical Skills o Robust hands-on experience in routing and switching OSPF BGP EIGRP VLANs STP HSRP VRRP o Should have a Knowledge of Cisco Nexus 9K platforms and data center networking o Expertise in Cisco ASA FTD and FortiGate firewalls including advanced security features o Experience with Meraki SD-WAN deployment and management o Solid troubleshooting skills across security routing and switching o Basic understanding of F5 load balancing and Cisco ISE o Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools SolarWinds Prime etc o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent documentation skills o Working knowledge of Ubiquiti UniFi wireless solutions and Extreme Cloud networking Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Network Infrastructures - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
