- Store In-Charge Location Mysore Karnataka Hotel Diyanvi Salary Range 22 000 - 28 000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage the daily operations of the hotel store The role involves receiving and issuing stock maintaining accurate inventory records ensuring proper storage and hygiene and coordinating with other departments to fulfill their supply requirements Key Responsibilities Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders Maintain proper storage of food beverages and other hotel supplies in clean and hygienic conditions Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items in registers or software Issue materials to departments kitchen housekeeping maintenance etc against approved requisitions Monitor stock levels regularly and inform management purchasing team for reordering Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits Report damaged expired or missing items immediately Ensure proper labeling rotation FIFO LIFO and safe storage practices Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times Support cost control by avoiding wastage and ensuring accountability of issued stock Qualifications Skills Minimum 1-3 years of experience in stores inventory handling preferably in hotels or hospitality Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping Familiarity with MS Excel or inventory software preferred Valuable organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and integrity in handling stock Ability to coordinate with multiple departments Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices for food and non-food items Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
