About Us We are a leading artist and influencer management agency Our New Media division works with digital creators and influencers across platforms helping them grow their brand partnerships and reach Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Talent Head to manage and grow influencer talent You will be responsible for talent acquisition relationship management and strategic growth of creators ensuring both talent and business objectives are met Key Responsibilities Identify onboard and manage digital creators and influencers Build and maintain solid relationships with talent brands and platforms Negotiate contracts campaigns and brand collaborations Mentor and guide the talent to grow their personal brand and opportunities Track performance metrics and suggest strategies to maximize engagement and revenue Lead and guide a team of talent managers or executives Requirements 5 years in talent management preferably in influencer or media space Strong network in influencer marketing and digital platforms YouTube Instagram OTT etc Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills Strategic mindset with the ability to grow talent and drive revenue Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 500 000 00 - 1 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
