About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Talent Acquisition Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source profiles from various job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers accurately.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring coordination.
- Build positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:





- Graduate in HR or related specialization.
- Only Freshers can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment lifecycle.
- Valuable coordination and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners only.

What We Offer:

- Location: Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore (Near Jayadeva Hospital Metro Station)

- Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday Half Day: 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off
