Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and internal resources.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.

- Ensure timely joining formalities for newly joined employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (Human Resources).

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S.).

- Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including coordination, policy formulation, performance appraisal, management reporting, and joining formalities.
