Role Overview
Responsible for expanding sales, building relationships with retailers/wholesalers, and managing supply of fresh produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach current clients (retail shops, supermarkets, hotels, vendors)
- Maintain relationships with existing buyers
- Negotiate prices and supply terms
- Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and logistics teams
- Monitor market demand, pricing trends, and competition
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of fruits & vegetables
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Handle basic invoicing and payment follow-ups
