Job Responsibilities: F&B; Coordinator / Sales Incharge

- Carrying out order update at the end of each shift.

- Carrying out the orders of the manager on consultation and is takes charge of the working of the cafeteria in the absence of the manager.

- Carries out an 8 course follow up to make sure and incorporate and changes in the diet of the patient.

- To ensure that service provided to customer is on time and as directed and carried out at a regular basis.

- Attending complaints and informing the same to the manager.

- Attend calls and answer queries.

- To ensure that taking orders from patients is carried out in time.

- Bills raised for the patients food order should be updated to the billing dept in turn the same has to be entered in the patients bill.

- To ensure cleanliness of the cafeteria (floor, kitchen and stores).

- Coordinating the patient service.

- In charge of billing and maintaining a detailed account of the bills of the day.

- Updating the Staff Credit amount to the Finance & Accounts Dept.

- Updating the Purchase order to the Finance & Accounts Dept.

- Making sure that kitchen staff is well groomed.

- Handover of Cash on day to day activities to the Finance & Accounts Dept.

- Handover of Sales details on day to day activities to the Finance & Accounts Dept.

- Managing the Stores and to keep a track of inventory so kitchen supplies are available to carry out day to day activities.

- Co-ordinating with the vendors to get the ordered items to cafeteria operations on time.

- Complies with all Company policies, rules & regulations.





- Attending meetings which are arranged by the manager and carryout the changes discussed and execute accordingly.

- Preparing the Duty Roster for the service staff twice in a month.

Job Responsibilities: F&B; Steward

Daily Job Activities:

- Carrying out the analysis of the Diet chart for the day as per the patients diet.

- Communicate with nursing staff on a regular basis to understand the diet needs of patients or to incorporate any changes in the food provided to those patients in case a change in diet occurs.

- Setting up side stations to make sure that it is ready for service.

- To maintain Miseen place arrangement for the functioning of cafeteria operations.

- Providing service to patients, customers and staff.

- To maintain inventory on daily basis.

- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy facility and enforcing quality standards.

- Purchasing all miscellaneous supplies and maintaining inventory.

- Cleaning of staff cafeteria and storage areas.

- Assisting Manager for organizing buffet for Orientation Programmes, MBA, CME Annual Celebration, Christmas Celebration etc.,

- Responsible for making sure that washing and cleaning of Food & Beverage equipment by housekeeping staff is carried out as per standards.





- Follow Company guidelines regarding grooming, uniform and personal hygiene.

- Attends the regular departmental meeting and training sessions as per schedule.

- Complies with all Company policies, rules & regulations. ,

- Answering phone calls and placing order for patients.

Job Responsibilities: Cook

Daily Job Activities:

- Communicating with the F & B Manager every evening to determine the menu for the next day.

- Communicating with the stores keeper every evening to ascertain the supplies required to carry out the process of producing food for the next day.

- Preparing Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner.

- Make sure that the wastage in the process of preparation is maintained to a bare minimum.

- Ensure that there is always a high level of cleanliness in the Kitchen.

- Inspect gas fittings and other electronic equipment on a regular basis to make sure that they are well maintained for the smooth functioning of preparation of food.

- Ordering of vegetables on routine basis to the Co-ordinator for the preparation of food.

- Preparing relatively high Quality of food for patients, customers and staff.

- To maintain the Kitchen equipments.

- Introducing current food in the menu and preparing the same as instructed by Manager.

- Maintaining Cleanliness while preparing the food.

- Checking daily receivable of raw materials like vegetables and perishable for daily operations.
