Executive Finance (Stock Broking)

Location: Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage client fund operations, bank reconciliations, exchange reporting, and regulatory compliance in a stock broking environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle client receipts, payments, deposits, withdrawals, and settlement transactions.

- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.

- Manage allocation and re-allocation of client and proprietary funds with stock exchanges/PCM as per SEBI and exchange guidelines.

- Submit daily exchange reports, including Segregation and Re-Allocation reports.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

- Coordinate with Trading, Operations,



Compliance, and Finance teams for smooth fund management.

- Support internal/external audits and exchange inspections by providing required data and documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts, preferably in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.

- Positive knowledge of Bank Reconciliation (BRS), accounting principles, and client fund management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
