- Process payrolls with 100% accuracy and within deadlines.
- Maintain and update payroll records daily based on client communications.
- Handle end-to-end payroll activities including recent joiners, leavers, holiday pay, back pay, etc.
- Process and reconcile PAYE tax, NI, AOE, Pension Auto Enrolment, and statutory payments.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and internal quality standards (QMS).
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, year-end submissions to HMRC, and internal reporting.
- Provide guidance and quality review for junior payroll processors.
- Handle complex client payrolls with accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidates must have end-to-end payroll processing experience (International or Indian).

Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Candidates with only other HR experience (e.g., Recruitment) will not be considered.
