Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the eKisanZone e-commerce platform.

- Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory.

- Coordinate with vendors for product availability and order fulfilment.

- Handle customer and farmer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

- Provide basic technical guidance on agricultural products.

- Maintain data, reports, and operational records.

- Support sales, promotions, and overall platform growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Sc. Agriculture, Horticulture, or Forestry.

- Minimum 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Basic understanding of agricultural inputs and farming practices.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
