Key Responsibilities:

1. Fire Equipment Operation & Maintenance

- Operate and maintain fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, sprinkler systems, and smoke detectors.

- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire safety systems.

- Ensure fire safety equipment is always functional and up to standard.

1. Emergency Response

- Respond immediately to fire alarms or incidents.

- Execute evacuation procedures and assist in the secure evacuation of patients and staff during emergencies.

- Coordinate with the local fire department and emergency services as needed.

1. Fire Drills & Training

- Conduct regular fire drills and mock evacuation exercises.

- Train hospital staff in basic fire safety, fire extinguisher use, and evacuation protocols.

Support Facility Safety

- Monitor high-risk areas like the oxygen plant, generator rooms, and storage areas for fire hazards.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in hospitals with high safety standards

- Knowledge of safety codes and emergency medical response
