This is a high-priority requirement, and I need everyone's support to make this drive successful.

This is a relatively easy requirement to close, provided we focus on the right candidates. Unfortunately, we experienced multiple no-shows during last week's drive, and we cannot afford a repeat of the same.

We have an Interview Drive scheduled for next Tuesday and Wednesday, which gives us sufficient time to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates properly.

Our target is to ensure at least 10 confirmed walk-ins on each day of the drive.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, React, and Web Applications.
- Genuine interest in the opportunity and willingness to attend the Face-to-Face interview.
- Immediate or early joiners are preferred.

Please ensure the following:





- Screen every candidate thoroughly before sharing the profile.
- Confirm the candidate's availability and commitment to attend the interview.
- Stay in touch with the candidates until they complete the interview to avoid no-shows.
- Share profiles with me immediately as and when you source suitable candidates.

This is a critical drive, and your support will play a key role in making it successful. Let's work together to ensure maximum interview attendance and closures. Candidate should have strong exp into .Net and MVC(Must in current project)
