Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented (Senior Executive Finance/Ass. Manager Finance) with 89 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, financial planning, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliances, costing, MIS reporting, audit coordination, and leading the finance and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Monitor manufacturing cost analysis, inventory valuation, and cost optimization.




- Finalization of books of accounts and balance sheet.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Manage payroll accounting and vendor payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Work closely with management for business planning and financial decision-making.
- Lead, train, and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Ensure accurate ERP transactions and financial reporting.
