Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and skilled manner.

- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center environment preferred but not mandatory. Intially training will be provided

- Good communication skills; ability to communicate effectively over phone calls/chats.

- Basic computer knowledge
