Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and execute CMM programs using Calypso 2018.
- Operate Zeiss Contura G2 Coordinate Measuring Machine.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspection of aerospace components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Measure complex machined components and verify dimensional accuracy as per customer specifications.
- Generate CMM inspection reports and maintain inspection records.
- Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and maintained.
- Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing,



and Quality teams to resolve inspection issues.
- Follow AS9100 quality requirements, safety standards, and 5S practices.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Zeiss Contura G2 CMM.
- Solid programming knowledge in Calypso 2018.
- Excellent knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and engineering drawings.
- Experience in inspection of precision aerospace machined components.
- Good understanding of inspection techniques and quality documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Knowledge

- AS9100 Quality Management System.
- First Article Inspection (FAI) as per AS9102.
