Job Title: Contact Discovery Quality Assurance

As a Contact Discovery Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of contact information obtained through various channels. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our database by verifying, validating, and updating contact details according to established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Procedures: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for contact discovery processes. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the accuracy and completeness of contact data.Data Verification: Conduct thorough verification checks on contact information obtained from different sources, including online databases, public records, and third-party vendors.



Ensure that all data entries meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Data Validation: Validate contact details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize validation tools and techniques to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.

Database Maintenance: Regularly review and update contact records in the database to reflect changes such as job transitions, company mergers, or contact preferences. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in contact management.

Salary Budget :

Minimum 17500 CTC Fresher

Maximum upto 24K CTC for experienced candidates
