Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Income Tax scrutiny assessments, notices, and appellate proceedings independently.
- Draft replies, submissions, and legal representations before Income Tax Authorities.




- Provide direct tax advisory and manage client representation during assessments and litigation.

Eligibility: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) & ICWA

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Tax Litigation & Advisory ( Freshers can also Apply )
- Hands-on experience in handling:

- Income Tax Scrutiny Assessments
- Notices under the Income-tax Act

- Faceless Assessments

- Reassessment Proceedings

- Appeals before CIT(A)
- Solid knowledge of the Income-tax Act, CBDT Circulars, judicial precedents, and tax compliance.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and representation skills.
- Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage litigation assignments.
