Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive franchise sales and support the expansion of our brands. The candidate will be responsible for converting franchise leads, coordinating with the tele calling team, assisting the Business Development Manager, and ensuring smooth execution of the franchise sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert franchise business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Handle franchise enquiries received through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other lead sources.

- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.

- Coordinate and guide the Tele calling team to ensure effective lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling.





- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to execute franchise expansion strategies.

- Maintain the complete sales pipeline and CRM with accurate lead updates.

- Prepare franchise proposals, presentations, and business plans for prospective clients.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless franchise onboarding process.

- Build robust relationships with potential franchise partners and ensure a high conversion ratio.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expansion locations.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer experience.
