Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical

Experience: 25 years in service quality control or PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection)

Age Group: 22–35 yearsSalary: 15,00018,000/month + Quality Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect all vehicles after service for cleanliness, work completion, and quality
- Check job card completion: parts fitted, issues resolved, technician notes
- Confirm vehicle is delivery-ready: no oil marks, scratches, or pending work
- Coordinate with advisors for clarification or rework if needed
- Maintain final inspection records as per Hyundai SOP
- Support in CSI improvement by ensuring no customer complaints post-delivery
- Tag and park inspected vehicles in delivery zone

Skills Required:
- Technical knowledge of Hyundai vehicles (engine, electrical, body)
- Eye for detail and process discipline
- Familiarity with job card system and technician workflow
- Soft skills to coordinate with service advisors and floor in-charge
- Basic DMS knowledge (preferred)
