Job Summary

Poly Medicure Limited is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage accounting and financial reporting for its Foreign Subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IFRS Reporting, Financial Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Analysis, and Month-End Closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting for foreign subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare journal entries, General Ledger (GL), and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and perform financial analysis.
- Coordinate with overseas finance teams for accounting and reporting activities.
- Assist in statutory,



internal, and group audits.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and strengthen internal controls.
- Identify and implement process improvements in accounting and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile
- CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in Foreign Subsidiary Accounting is preferred.
- Positive understanding of IFRS and financial statement preparation.

- Working knowledge of SAP (Preferred).
