Hiring: Affluent Relationship Manager Household

We're looking for a passionate and relationship-driven Affluent Relationship Manager Household to acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with affluent individuals and families by offering holistic banking, wealth, investment, and protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new affluent customers through referrals, networking, and market sourcing.
- Build and manage a portfolio of HNI and affluent households.
- Understand clients' financial goals and provide customized banking, investment, and wealth solutions.
- Drive growth in CASA, deposits, investments, insurance, and other fee-based products.
- Deepen relationships by engaging with family members and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver superior customer experience while ensuring portfolio growth and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML,



regulatory, and internal compliance guidelines.

Preferred Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of experience managing Affluent/HNI customers.
- Experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, or Relationship Management.
- Solid understanding of banking, investment, insurance, and wealth products.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
