Hiring: Affluent Relationship Manager Business Banking

We're looking for a dynamic and client-focused Affluent Relationship Manager - Business Banking to acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with affluent business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and SME customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new affluent and business banking clients through networking, referrals, and market sourcing.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers by offering tailored banking and wealth solutions.
- Drive CASA, deposits, business loans, working capital, trade, and transaction banking business.
- Cross-sell wealth, investment, insurance, and fee-based products to enhance wallet share.
- Conduct financial need analysis and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Ensure superior customer experience, portfolio profitability,



and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Experience:

- Minimum 6 years' experience managing HNI/Affluent clients.
- Background in Business Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, SME Banking, or Relationship Management.
- Solid understanding of liabilities, business assets, wealth, and investment products.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
