- Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (society or real estate experience preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
- Understanding of cooperative housing society rules
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
