Key Responsibilities

- Guests ka warm welcome aur proper table allocation karna.
- Restaurant mein Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service efficiently handle karna.
- Buffet setup, replenishment aur clearing maintain karna.
- Room Service orders receive, coordinate aur guest rooms tak timely deliver karna.
- À la carte orders accurately take karke kitchen ko communicate karna.
- Food & beverages ko proper presentation ke saath serve karna.
- Tables, restaurant area aur service stations ki cleanliness maintain karna.
- Cutlery, crockery, glassware aur service equipment properly arrange karna.
- Guest bills/checks accurately handle karna aur payment process mein coordination karna.
- Kitchen aur Front Office ke saath proper coordination maintain karna.
- Guest requests, feedback aur complaints ko professionally handle karna.
- Buffet ke dauran food items ki availability check karna aur shortage hone par kitchen ko inform karna.
- Hotel ke hygiene,



grooming aur service standards follow karna.
- Corporate groups, parties aur special events ki F&B; service mein support karna.
- Opening & closing duties aur daily restaurant checklist follow karna.

Required Skills

- Restaurant and buffet service ka basic knowledge.
- Room Service ka practical knowledge.
- Table setup, cutlery & crockery handling.
- Pleasant personality & positive attitude.
- Busy operations mein efficiently kaam karne ki ability.

- Personal hygiene aur professional grooming.

Experience 1–3 years hotel/restaurant experience preferred.

Freshers with positive communication skills may also be considered.
