IT budgets are shifting fast - toward agentic AI in production, compliance-driven legacy modernization, and continuous cloud cost governance. Across Vy Ventures' group of entities, we already have the engineering depth to deliver on all of it; what's missing is a GTM engine built for where the market is headed, not where it was.
We're hiring a Vice President- Sales to build that engine across our multiple entities, from a 250+ client base.
What You'll Sell - Where the Budget Is Moving:
1️⃣ Agentic AI Implementation - production builds, not pilots or decks
2️⃣ Legacy & Mainframe Modernization - compliance-deadline driven
3️⃣ Cloud Cost & FinOps Governance - continuous spend control
4️⃣ AI Governance & Compliance - audit trails, regulated industries
5️⃣ Enterprise Data & Analytics - AI-ready data platforms
6️⃣ Quality Engineering & Managed Services - the retention engine The Mandate:
✅ Build the sales function - design and own the GTM strategy across all six service lines, from outbound motion to deal close
✅ Grow enterprise accounts - deepen wallet share within our 250+ client base while opening new logos in target verticals
✅ Lead the pipeline - own forecasting, deal review, and revenue accountability directly with the CEO
✅ Reposition the offer - work with delivery leads to package legacy strengths (cloud, QE, managed services) alongside emerging demand (agentic AI, FinOps, AI governance) into propositions buyers are actively budgeting for in 2026
✅ Build the team - hire and develop the sales bench as revenue scales
Who You Are
? 8+ years in IT services / technology consulting sales, with a track record of carrying and exceeding enterprise quota
? Experience selling multi-service engagements - cloud, data/AI, application development, or managed services
? Comfortable operating as a builder, not just an executor - this is a first-VP-of-Sales mandate
? Solid instincts for global delivery models and working across our multiple entities, and US, India, and UK teams
? Direct, numbers-driven, and motivated by ownership in a founder-led company
