- Planning and monitoring academic activities and curriculum implementation.
- Coordinating lesson planning, assessments, examinations, and academic schedules.
- Supporting and mentoring teachers to improve teaching-learning outcomes.
- Maintaining academic records and ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines.
- Coordinating with the Principal, teachers, students, and parents.
