We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Voice Process Executives at our Teynampet, Chennai location.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls in a skilled manner.
- Understand and resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, processes,



and quality standards.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills.
