? We're Hiring: Voice NOC Engineer – Level 1 (Bengaluru) ?

GigSky is growing our Network Operations Center, and we're looking for a Voice NOC Engineer (L1) to help keep our global voice infrastructure running smoothly, 24x7.

If you're into telecom, networking, and real-time problem-solving, this could be a great fit.

? What you'll do:

- Monitor voice network infrastructure and alarms in real time
- Perform first-level troubleshooting on SIP trunks, SBCs, media gateways, and IMS platforms
- Log and manage incidents, escalating to L2/L3 as needed
- Coordinate with telecom carriers and internal teams to restore service fast
- Support planned maintenance and ensure SLA compliance

✅ What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years in a NOC, telecom operations, or technical support role
- Basic knowledge of VoIP/SIP, TCP/IP fundamentals, and Linux/Unix command line
- Bonus: familiarity with RTP, SBC, IMS, or SS7
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, always-on operational workplace
