? We're Hiring | IT Specialist – Virtualization

? Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist – Virtualization to join a global enterprise IT setting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VMware infrastructure administration, enterprise storage, and datacenter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure (vCenter, ESXi, HA, DRS, vMotion)
- Manage VMware installation, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
- Perform VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, migrations (P2V/V2V), and resource management
- Support SAN/NAS storage administration, LUN provisioning, and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot virtualization and storage issues while ensuring high availability
- Work on datacenter modernization and migration projects




- Support ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Problem Management using ServiceNow
- Automate operational tasks using PowerCLI/PowerShell

Required Skills: ✔ VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi

✔ HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion

✔ SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI

✔ Storage Administration & LUN Provisioning

✔ PowerCLI / PowerShell

✔ ServiceNow & ITIL Processes

Preferred Certifications:

- VMware VCP-DCV
- VMware vSphere 7.x/8.x
- ITIL Foundation
