About the Role

ALTEN Technology USA is looking for an experienced VMS Recruiter to join our growing U.S. Staffing team. This role focuses on recruiting engineering professionals for our U.S. clients through VMS/MSP programs.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based contract positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for engineering and technical roles.
- Work with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to manage requisitions and candidate submissions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with account managers, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely and high-quality candidate submissions while meeting client SLAs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build, organize, and maintain a robust candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Ensure ATS records are up to date, including candidate status, interview feedback, submissions, and other recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports as required.

Required Qualifications

- 2–6 years of experience in U.S. Staffing.
- Good understanding of U.S.



work authorization and visa classifications (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, TN, EAD, OPT/CPT, etc.).
- Hands-on experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
- Experience using Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, or similar VMS platforms.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate databases.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for the Automotive industry.
- Experience supporting Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or other technical industries.
- Prior experience recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded Software, Systems Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, or similar engineering disciplines.
