Qualification : DME or Any Degree with Experience in relevant field

Experience : Minimum 3 Years Experience

Joining : Immediate Joiner Preferred

1. Machine Setup

- Load and secure raw materials (metal, plastic, etc.) on the machine table
- Install and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices
- Set machine offsets (tool length, work coordinates)
- Perform trial runs to ensure proper setup

1. Operating the VMC Machine

- Run CNC programs (G-code) to machine parts
- Monitor machine operations during cutting
- Adjust feed rates, speeds, and tool paths if needed
- Stop machine immediately if any abnormality occurs

1. Reading Technical Drawings

- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Understand dimensions, tolerances, and symbols
- Ensure the final product matches specifications

1. Quality Inspection

- Measure finished parts using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Check for accuracy, surface finish, and defects
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports

1. Tool Management

- Select appropriate cutting tools based on material
- Replace worn or broken tools
- Maintain tool inventory and tool life tracking

1. Basic Programming & Editing

- Load and sometimes edit CNC programs




- Make minor adjustments in G-code if required
- Work with CAM-generated programs (if applicable)

1. Machine Maintenance

- Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication)
- Check coolant levels and chip removal
- Report mechanical issues to maintenance teams

1. Safety Responsibilities

- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Wear PPE (gloves, goggles, safety shoes)
- Ensure machine guards and emergency stops are functional

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Record production data (cycle time, quantity produced)
- Maintain job cards and logs
- Report defects or production issues

1. Coordination

- Work with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams
- Communicate issues and improvements
- Assist in process optimization
