- Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure production quality.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Gauges.
- Make basic tool offset corrections when required.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company standards.
- Report machine issues, tool wear, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
