CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain visual merchandising standards across multiple stores.
- Plan and execute store layouts, product displays, and window displays.
- Implement seasonal campaigns and promotional displays.
- Conduct regular VM audits and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for props, printing, and display materials.
- Monitor store presentation and customer experience.
- Travel within the assigned region to support store operations.

Requirements
- Graduate in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Design, or a related field (NIFT preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.




- Experience in Furniture, Home Décor, Lifestyle, Retail Apparel, or Premium Retail preferred.
- Strong understanding of store layouts, planograms, window displays, and seasonal merchandising.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable travelling 10–15 days per month within the assigned region.
