Role & responsibilities :

- Manage and coordinate visa applications, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.

- Conduct thorough reviews of visa applications to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with embassies and consulates for visa processing.

- Provide expert guidance on visa options, including application procedures and documentation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

- Stay updated with changes in visa policies and procedures to improve processes.

- Prepare and review visa applications and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.

- Liaise with consular officers and immigration officials to resolve any issues that arise during the visa application process

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in visa filing and admissions,



preferably in an educational institution or similar setting.

- Keep accurate records of client interactions and visa applications.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong knowledge of visa regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficient in using software applications relevant to visa processing and management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
