Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Visa Sales Consultant role based in Hyderabad.

The Visa Sales

Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their immigration needs, and explain suitable visa options and services offered by the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, following up on leads, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting clients through the application process in coordination with internal teams. The role involves meeting sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,



and staying updated on immigration policies and processes relevant to the services provided.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate visa solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain processes and handle client queries.
- Relevant experience in immigration services, financial services, or similar consultative sales roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, manage multiple client cases, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced office setting in Hyderabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, social sciences, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
