We are looking for a Visa Consultant with experience in international visa processing and strong client-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, checking documentation, and ensuring timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries related to international visa applications.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa options.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures.
- Check and verify visa documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and organize visa applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with clients, VFS, embassies, and consulates when required.
- Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
- Handle client queries and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of applications and client information.




- Stay updated with changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of international visa processes.
- Knowledge of tourist and business visa procedures.
- Familiarity with VFS and embassy/consulate procedures.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Good documentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or visa consultancy is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
