Role Description The Visa Consultant role at Formix is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru.

The Visa

Consultant will guide clients through the entire visa application process, including assessing eligibility, advising on appropriate visa categories, and preparing and reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance. The role involves managing case files, tracking application timelines, and coordinating with clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of visas and immigration-related matters.

Consultant will provide clear and timely communication to clients, address queries on immigration issues, and offer consulting support on regulatory changes and country-specific requirements. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, participating in internal process improvements, and contributing to a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Visas and Immigration, including common immigration pathways and country-specific requirements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Immigration Issues, such as compliance, documentation, and case assessment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and client-facing interaction.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including advisory capabilities, problem-solving, and the ability to interpret and explain complex regulations.
- Relevant experience in visa processing, immigration consulting, or legal/administrative roles related to global mobility is beneficial.
- Ability to work accurately with documentation, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic digital platforms; experience with immigration or case management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
