Job DescriptionWe are looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to assist clients with their visa and immigration requirements. The ideal candidate will guide applicants through the documentation process, ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the visa application journey.

NKey Responsibilities

- Consult with clients tounderstand their travel, study, work, or immigration requirements.

- Assess client eligibility for various visa categories.

- Guide applicants on required documentation and application procedures.
N
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications accurately and within deadlines.

- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and partner agencies.
N
- Track application status and proactively update clients on progress.
N
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system.
N
- Ensure compliance with changing immigration laws, visa policies, and documentation requirements.
N
- Handle client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
N
- Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews when required.
N
- Achieve monthly application processing and customer satisfaction targets.
N




- Cross-sell relevant services such as travel insurance, accommodation assistance, forex, education counseling, or immigration services where applicable.

nRequired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degreein any discipline.
N
- 1–5 years of experiencein visa processing, immigration consulting, travel services, or international education.
N
- Strong understanding ofvisa procedures for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, and other major destinations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).

- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
N
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
