1. Client Counselling & Assessment
2. Attend product/visa training sessions and stay updated about changes in visa requirements and company procedures.
3. Handle leads received through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital campaigns.
4. Reconnect with interested or pending clients and address their queries promptly.
5. Maintain updated lead status in the CRM/data sheet.
6. Convert eligible and interested prospects into clients.
7. Explain the company's service packages, payment structure, terms and conditions, and process.
8. Achieve assigned monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
9. Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
10. Coordinate with the Sales Team Leader, Visa Filing Officers, Admission Team, and Management
11. Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
12. Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports as required.

Ensure that no client is enrolled without completing the required consent/agreement formalities.
