Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and maintain accurate data across our e-commerce platforms The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality data entry timely updates adherence to processes and effective coordination with internal teams while maintaining data confidentiality and security Key Responsibilities 1 Data Accuracy Quality Maintain 98 accuracy in product customer and vendor data entries and updates Ensure zero critical errors in product listings pricing and vendor customer codes Support monthly audits by achieving 95 score in random data checks 2 Timeliness of Data Entry Complete assigned data tasks within agreed Turnaround Time TAT Meet daily weekly targets 95 of the time 3 System Process Compliance Follow defined SOPs naming conventions and guidelines for ERP and other tools Ensure zero deviations in system usage 4 Data Cleaning Updating Regularly review and update outdated or duplicate records Conduct at least one data cleanup cycle per month ensuring 100 cleanup of identified issues 5 Communication Coordination Coordinate with merchandising finance and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data inputs Respond to internal queries within 24 hours avoiding delays in operations 6 Confidentiality Data Security Adhere to company policies on data confidentiality and security Zero policy violations or data breaches complete quarterly mandatory data security training 7 Initiative Problem Solving Proactively identify data issues and suggest process improvements minimum 1 idea per quarter Take ownership of tasks and address issues proactively in 90 of cases without escalation Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience Robust attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling Proficiency in ERP systems MS Excel and other e-commerce tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving capability Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
