Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end stamping production operations press shop tooling dies progressive stamping blanking Plan and execute daily production schedules as per customer demand while ensuring quality cost and delivery targets QCD Monitor OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness downtime and take corrective actions Coordinate with Tool Room Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth production flow Manage manpower allocation training and skill development of operators and team leaders Drive process improvements Kaizen 5S TPM and Lean Manufacturing practices in the stamping shop Ensure safety compliance and implement safety practices in stamping operations Optimize usage of raw material reduce rejection wastage and maintain productivity Prepare production reports MIS and cost-saving initiatives for management review Handle customer audits internal audits ISO TS IATF and ensure adherence to quality standards Experience 9-13 yrs Relevant Experience Qualification Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineeering Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
