Automation DPA RPA intelligent Automation and AI in Ford Credit Technology space is evolving and lot of opportunities to generate new business values We require more demanding skillsets with Pega RPA DPA PRPC Alteryx Java QlikSense AI and Automation tools to support the product deliveries Also expect to know cloud engineering expectation over public cloud especially GCP and their services Need strong technical skills and software Craftmanship principles to deliver Automation High curios to learn new technologies to support Modernization of existing Automations This role also require leading 15-20 member team in India and work with Global business platform and architecture teams in different geographies to get right solution implemented meeting business and IT expectations Required Qualifications LSA Certified at least level 1 Experience in architecting and designing Pega based BPM CRM solutions for large programs Experience in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions Designing and implementing Pega solutions including application design data modeling and integration with other systems Develop Automation framework for RPA DPA and PRPC Designing class structures application frameworks and data models Service Connector integrating PRPC to third-party systems using RESTful Services JSON XML HTTP integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms API Data model UI security in PEGA 8 Develop automation design and structure automation packaging as per industry standards Develop PEGA Decisioning Capable to run Process discovery explore Process Value analysis Develop architecting Pega for the enterprise case hierarchy and relationships Debug PEGA by using tools such as Tracer Clipboard Admin PDC and having positive knowledge on Monitoring tools like Kibana and New relic Should have technology exposure C python PRPC SQL Java Participate in reviews to ensure all requirements are met through design build and implementation phases Develop Case managers and NLP solutions using Pega and explore open source tools Anticipate failure scenarios to develop an extensive recovery scenarios Develop appropriate reporting strategy based on business need Enlist Architects and Subject Matter Experts to ensure the system and or application design meets corporate and or architecture requirements standards and optimizes assets Require a broad and comprehensive knowledge of technologies and systems development lifecycles including agile methodologies Collaborate with program architecture leadership Participate in production support pager duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage Should have exposure to low code no code experience Should have experience in handling and managing BOTs cost optimization mitigate alternative on increased bot cost and utilization Extensive knowledge in Ford Credit is an advantage Certification over Pega is an advantage Certified Pega Lead System Architect CLSA is often required Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant CPDC Certified Pega System Architect CSA Certified Pega Senior System Architect CSSA Is required Primary Skills Required 10 years overall IT experience Strong understanding of Pega best practices and design principles Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Pega solutions Handon in Pega RPA and PRPC Pega RPA Dev Studio Robot Manager Prediction Studio App Studio Must have net C very solid in coding Scripting knowledge on Python Java is an advantage Should be familiar by integrating Process Automation with Functional automation such as Selenium Cypress PostMan Should be capable of developing adoption metrics and self-healing process mechanism on exceptions API microservice and public cloud experience is an advantage DevOps and Security guard rails is an advantage Good to have GCP services experience Having DPA integration with Vertex AI and Document AI is an advantage Having experience in mulesoft and Salesforce is an added advantage Pega SaaS Exposure will be added advantage Experience Required Experience in Build design develop and implementation of RPA solutions Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows Activities User Interface Flow Actions Agents SLA Correspondence Security Reports Listeners File MQ Connectors etc Run and protect BOTs during failure and handle implementations Demonstrated understanding of automation landscape and support model Should have developed automation architecture design implementation and Process Monitoring optimization lifecycle experience Should have Integrated the Selenium WebDriver with Open Span solution Capable to use push routing and pull routing Develop descriptive programing for automation to develop complicated solutions Experience with Iterative software development practices agile practices and successful teamwork and production deployments in high volume environment Ability and willingness to work in fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal skills in handling both internal and external teams and business
