The Social Work Coordinator will be responsible for identifying setting up and managing new centers for social initiatives building strong connections with communities and ensuring smooth execution of NGO projects on the ground This role is crucial for expanding our social impact and reaching communities in need Key Responsibilities Center Identification Setup Identify suitable locations for opening social work centers Coordinate with community leaders local authorities and landlords to establish centers Ensure centers meet basic requirements safety accessibility and infrastructure Community Engagement Mobilization Build strong relationships with local communities schools and government bodies Mobilize people for NGO programs events and awareness campaigns Act as a bridge between the community and the NGO Program Support Assist in planning and execution of social welfare activities at the centers Support training awareness drives and other social impact initiatives Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing projects Monitoring Reporting Maintain accurate records of centers activities and beneficiaries Provide regular updates reports and photographs to NGO management Highlight challenges and suggest solutions for smooth operations Qualifications Skills Graduate 12th pass with relevant field or NGO experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
