Process Requirement If you ve ever seen one of our PR packages or influencer campaigns and thought I want to make the next one this is your playground You ll get to shape the way Aminu connects with creators and communities experiment with new collaboration models and help amplify the brand in ways that feel organic and human-first At Aminu community and influencer marketing is more than just campaigns it s part of how we tell our story engage with our audience and create meaningful connections In this role you ll work closely with the marketing team co-founders and other internal stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns across social media PR affiliate programs B2B activations and more Key roles and responsibilities Work with individuals of influence creators for collaborations product seeding reviews and campaigns Run affiliate programs and track performance to make partnerships stronger Collaborate with the B2B team and our partners for creator-led activations Secure and manage content rights to creator collaborations and repurpose content across channels Support PR and brand campaigns to increase visibility and engagement Keep the community engaged and aligned with Aminu s voice and values Track results report insights and use data to improve campaigns What are we looking for 3 years of experience preferably in PR or influencer marketing A flexible creative approach to working with influencers no rigid one-size-fits-all methods Strong understanding of creators collaboration models and social trends Comfortable writing and editing scripts reporting and managing data Can juggle multiple campaigns and work across different teams Detail-oriented but can adapt quickly when timelines are tight Ready to join immediately Before you apply Do a little homework on AMINU we love candidates who come in knowing what we do We will be conducting 3-4 interview rounds before making a final decision Feel free to share a note about a creator or community campaign you re proud of We d love to hear your story We work 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday we re growing fast there are so many exciting things to do If you re excited about working closely with decision-makers growing in a dynamic environment and making an impact we d love to have you on board Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Ability to commute relocate Kandivali West Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Influencer marketing 2 years Required PR 1 year Required Work Location In person
