Job TITLE- ICU NurseKey Responsibilities - Provide round-the-clock nursing care for critically ill patients in ICU - Monitor vitals hemodynamic parameters and maintain detailed nursing charts - Assist in ventilator management oxygen therapy and airway care - Administer IV fluids infusions blood products and medications as prescribed - Assist doctors during intubation central line insertion and ICU procedures - Perform ABG sampling ECG monitoring and support diagnostic tests - Ensure infection control practices sterile techniques and ICU hygiene standards - Provide wound care catheter care and pressure sore prevention - Respond to Code Blue initiate CPR and assist in resuscitation measures - Communicate patient condition changes promptly to intensivists consultants - Maintain accurate documentation of interventions nursing notes and medication records - Support patients and families with counseling and emotional care - Ensure continuity of care during handovers and multidisciplinary coordination Key Skills Competencies - ICU patient monitoring nursing care - Ventilator and airway management support - IV infusion and blood transfusion handling - Infection control sterile technique - Emergency and Code Blue response - Robust teamwork communication and patient empathy Qualification Experience - GNM B Sc Nursing with valid registration - ICU critical care nursing training preferred - 1- 3 years- ICU experience desirable ref biojoby com
