About the Company MEPF Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Firefighting services and solutions We specialize in Design-Engineering SITC Contracts and Maintenance across diverse domains including Fire Protection Water Mist Utility Piping Plumbing ELV-IBMS Security Surveillance and LT-HT Electrical Turnkey Projects Role Overview We are seeking dynamic and proactive Purchase Executives with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling procurement activities vendor coordination and maintaining efficient purchase operations in line with project requirements Key Responsibilities Source and procure materials services as per project needs Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best pricing and terms Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements Track and ensure timely delivery of materials Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relations Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word Candidate Requirements Experience 1 to 3 years in Purchase Procurement preferably in MEPF or similar industry Qualification B Com M Com Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Skills Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Valuable verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and coordination abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
