Company Pinkcity Jewelhouse Pvt Ltd Position HR Executive Location Sitapura Jaipur Experience 3-5 years Salary Up to 35 000 per month About Us Pinkcity Jewelhouse Pvt Ltd is a leading name in the gems and jewelry industry committed to excellence innovation and ethical practices We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Executive to join our growing team and support our workforce management Roles Responsibilities Attendance Leave Management Monitor daily attendance of employees and workers Manage leave applications approvals and records Generate monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll Employee Labour Relations Handle grievances and resolve workplace issues effectively Act as a bridge between management and workers to maintain a positive work environment Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies Statutory Compliance Manage PF ESIC registration and related documentation Ensure timely filing and compliance with labor laws Liaise with government bodies and auditors when required HR Operations Administration Maintain and update employee records in HR software Support recruitment activities including screening and coordination Assist in onboarding induction and training programs Prepare HR-related MIS reports for management Key Skills Competencies Proficiency in HR management software Solid knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Reports Excellent communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Jaipur Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Mention your Current salary Mention your Salary expectation How soon you can Join Work Location In person
