Job Title SAP FICO Consultant Experience 4 Years Location Pondicherry Employment Type Full time Industry IT Job Summary We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience in configuring implementing and supporting SAP Finance FI and Controlling CO modules The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge analytical skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP FICO solutions Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP FICO modules GL AP AR AA Bank Accounting Cost Center Accounting Internal Orders Profit Center Accounting etc Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications Handle end-to-end implementation enhancement and support activities in SAP FICO Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM SD and HR Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities within the SAP framework Perform unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing Support period-end and year-end closing activities Provide training and support to end users and key stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes Work closely with ABAP developers for custom developments Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Accounting or related field 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation Solid understanding of financial processes accounting principles and controlling practices Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP FICO implementation Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules Good understanding of taxation financial reporting and compliance processes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in FICO module Experience in S 4HANA is an added advantage Exposure to global rollouts and support projects Knowledge of SAP BAPI IDOC and custom reports Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Learning and development opportunities Exposure to global clients and large-scale SAP projects Flexible work environment if applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 1 100 000 00 per year Work Location In person
