Job Summary The Senior Admission Counselor is responsible for leading student recruitment and admission efforts for an educational institution This role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process The Senior Admission Counselor represents the institution at events and maintains strong relationships with schools students and parents Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment Counsel prospective students and their families regarding academic programs admission requirements financial aid and campus life Review applications conduct interviews and make admission recommendations Coordinate with academic departments and administrative offices to ensure a smooth admission experience Represent the institution at school visits and open house events Maintain and update student records and application data in the admission system Train mentor and support junior admission counselors and staff Analyze enrollment trends and prepare reports for management Requirements Bachelor s degree in education counseling marketing or a related field Master s degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in admissions student recruitment Robust interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written Knowledge of admission procedures and education systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and admission CRM tools Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 41 023 44 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person Expected Start Date 05 08 2025
